Student Relationship Officer

The Student Relationship Officer is in charge of fostering students' holistic development by monitoring their behavior, guaranteeing discipline and punctuality, encouraging strong teacher-student interactions, and managing co-curricular and extracurricular activities. The role entails developing a helpful, engaging, and well-structured learning environment that fosters students' personal, social, and academic development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Monitoring and Behavioral Management

• Observe and analyze student behavior in and out of the classroom.
• Ensure that all children attend school on time and follow the rules.
• Identify behavioral issues and collaborate with teachers and parents to resolve them.
• Keep track of student conduct and submit updates with appropriate authorities.

2. Student Guidance and Support

• Provide constructive feedback to students to encourage self-improvement and discipline.
• Foster a harmonious and trusting relationship with students, promoting open communication and mutual respect.
• Act as a bridge between students and teachers to ensure a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere.

3. Classroom Environment Oversight.

• Make regular classroom visits to check student participation, decorum, and discipline.
• Collaborate with instructors to ensure an effective and conducive learning environment.
• Provide input to management on classroom behavior and teacher-student interactions.

4. Event Planning and Coordination

• Organize and oversee co-curricular and extra-curricular events as per the school calendar.
• Prepare event plans, budgets, and logistical arrangements in coordination with relevant departments.
• Ensure smooth execution of events while promoting student participation and leadership.

5. Communication and coordination.

• Make crucial class announcements and ensure that students receive timely information.
• Collaborate with teachers, coordinators, and the management team to provide a consistent student development approach.
• Provide management with timely reporting and feedback on student and teacher behavior.
