Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Student Coordinator to join our team in Kathmandu, supporting our teams and students in Australia. You will act as the primary point of contact for students. Your primary role will involve monitoring students’ progress, including answering phone calls, checking their attendance, addressing inquiries, coordinating their training with trainers and mentors, and following up on any outstanding questions or concerns. Your efforts will be pivotal in ensuring our students are well-prepared and supported throughout their training journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Support: Regularly monitor students' progress and attendance, address any concerns, and provide motivational support to help them stay on track.
  • Training Coordination: Schedule and coordinate appointments between students and mentors, ensuring effective and timely training sessions.
  • Feedback Collection: Collect and analyze feedback from students and mentors, and relay it to the appropriate department for program enhancement and quality control.
  • Attendance Tracking: Track student attendance and follow up on any missed classes to ensure full participation.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of student progress, communications, and appointments, ensuring all information is up-to-date and actionable.
  • Reporting Generation: Generate and maintain reports on student progress and program effectiveness to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Administrative Duties: Assisting with various administrative tasks, including updating student records, preparing reports, and supporting other team members with common office duties.
