Australian College is an Australian Registered Training Organisation (RTO) delivering online vocational courses to students across Australia. We are looking for a driven, confident, and organised Student Consultant to join our remote team based in Nepal.
This is not a data entry or administration role. You will be the first point of contact for student enquiries, responsible for converting qualified leads into confirmed enrolments through professional consultation, course explanation, objection handling, and disciplined follow-up.
You will be speaking directly with prospective Australian students by phone, email, and SMS. Your ability to communicate clearly, follow scripts and compliance guidelines, and close enrolments while treating every student with honesty and care is the measure of your success in this role.

What You Must Bring
Salary and Performance Bonus
NPR 40,000 – NPR 60,000 per month, based on experience, English communication standard, and demonstrated sales or student recruitment results.
Total remuneration package is inclusive of all applicable taxes, levies, and statutory contributions payable under Nepalese law.
Sales performance bonus available based on monthly enrolment volume, qualified enrolment targets, and course-specific targets. Bonus eligibility begins after successful completion of a 3-month probationary period. Full bonus structure provided upon hire.
