The firm provides consulting services to government, semi-government, and private enterprises, with a focus on delivering high-quality engineering solutions.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Structural Engineer at Hydro Engineering and Management Service Pvt. Ltd. The Structural Engineer will be responsible for performing calculations, conducting structural analysis, and applying principles of structural engineering in the design and construction of civil engineering projects. The role will involve using computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed plans and drawings.

Compute load and grade requirements, water flow rates, or material stress factors to determine design specifications.
Manage and direct the construction, operations, or maintenance activities at the project site.
Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment.
Plan and design systems or structures using computer-assisted design or drawing tools.
Design efficient civil structures.
Identify risks and develop risk management strategies for civil engineering structures.

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of working experience in hydropower structures design/ fresher also can be apply.
Registered/Licensed as a professional engineer;
Competent with design software such as AutoCAD, SAP, Stadpro, HEC-RAS, GIS, and other design softwares;
Excellent Report writing skills;
Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met;
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculation and design;
Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse group of professionals working on one/ different projects;
Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time;
With a good and quick learning attitude;
