• The successful applicant is expected to have a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of working experience in hydropower structures design
• Registered/Licensed as a professional engineer
• Competent with design software such as AutoCAD, SAP, Stadpro, HEC-RAS, GIS, and other design softwares
• Compute load and grade requirements, water flow rates, or material stress factors to determine design specifications
• Manage and direct the construction, operations, or maintenance activities at the project site
• Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment
• Plan and design systems or structures using computer-assisted design or drawing tools
• Design efficient civil structures
• Identify risks and develop risk management strategies for civil engineering structures
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculation and design
• Excellent Report writing skills
• Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met
• Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse group of professionals working on one/ different projects
• Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time
• With a good and quick learning attitude
