Roles and responsibilities of this job

We’re looking for a Storyboard Specialist who can watch through hours of raw video footage and extract the most engaging, high-value moments and create storyboards in prescribed format. This role is critical to shaping the story and flow of our client videos. You’ll be responsible for identifying impactful clips and arranging them in a clear, structured storyboard format that guides our editors.

We don’t expect you to know everything as it is a unique role and we’re happy to train but a prior understanding of storytelling/content selection/script writing will be helpful. You can review examples at the end of the job post.

Key Responsibilities

Watch and review long-form video footage (keynotes, podcasts, interviews, etc.)
Identify and extract the most interesting, emotionally powerful, or educational segments
Organize selected clips into a structured storyboard format (following our in-house template)
Ensure the flow of the storyboard aligns with client goals (attention, storytelling, virality)
Collaborate with project managers and editors to deliver clear, usable storyboards
Maintain consistency with brand and messaging guidelines

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize powerful storytelling moments
Good sense of pacing, audience engagement, and narrative flow
Excellent comprehension in English (since most client content is in English)
Ability to work independently, manage time, and deliver storyboards on deadlines
Experience with video content, storyboarding, or script structuring is a plus (ideal but not mandatory)

Nice to Have

Background in media, communications, or creative writing
Familiarity with speakers, thought leadership, or social media content
Understanding of video marketing trends and what makes content go viral
