Job Description

We are currently seeking a Storekeeper to join our dynamic team and manage the store operations at our company. This role requires an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong understanding of inventory management in the healthcare industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming supplies, equipment, and other materials
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, usage, and expiration dates
  • Monitor and order necessary supplies to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained
  • Supervise and train junior storekeeping staff
  • Perform routine checks on equipment and report any malfunctions or damages
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and timely delivery of supplies
  • Keep the store area clean, organized, and free of hazards
  • Comply with all safety protocols and regulations
  • Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and reporting any discrepancies
  • Ensure all items are properly labeled and stored in designated areas
  • Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned by the management team
