Job Description

Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
Receive, load/unload, transfer and systematically manage of materials such as bags/ wooden drums
Coils/ rolls of wires /cables,
Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, stock transfer entries
Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report those to accounting for reimbursements and
Record keeping
Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and
Maintain inventory control
Provide up to date stock information as and when asked by the Sales team/ management,
Receive telephonic calls/orders particularly from Kathmandu Customers and manage prompt and
Effective dispatches
Control and lead team of Go-down /warehouse staffs and drivers
Regular attendance on all working days
