Tara Oriental, a premium fashion and lifestyle brand, is looking for a Sales Office Assistant to join our team full-time at our flagship store in Kathmandu. If you have a passion for fashion, strong communication skills, and love working in a customer-facing environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist walk-in customers and promote our products confidently and professionally
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns with care and efficiency
  • Monitor inventory and report issues to management
  • Track customer orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Support visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Participate in product trainings and stay updated with industry trends
  • Collaborate with marketing on sales initiatives
