• BBS/BBA from the reputed university
  
• 2 - 3 years of working experience in Store Dept of construction/housing companies
  
• Flexible in working hours
  
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook

• Efficient, hardworking and honest
  
• Able to work under pressure

Job Description:

• Receive, distribute and maintain adequate quantities of stocks at all times and maintain daily and up to date record of the goods received and goods issued
  
• Check the incoming raw materials in quantity and quality as per approved specification
  
• Do necessary entry of materials received and forward the bills to the immediate supervisor for further processing
  
• Update the immediate supervisor about the project requirement on regular basis by maintaining the emergency stock level
  
• Issue materials as per the Requisition Form after it is duly signed (recommendation and approval) by the concerned authorities
  
• To assure that accurate data entry is done in the software
  
• Coordinate with immediate supervisors and technical personnel for technical verification of the goods received and identify damages / discrepancies
  
• Prepare and submit reports to immediate supervisor within the prescribed schedule
  
• Reconcile the stock report with the physical verification of stock of materials on quarterly basis
  
• Prepare the report of the same and submit it to the Project In-charge
  
• Managing overall equipment and materials at the Site store
  
• Undertaking other activities as assigned by the Manager, Project In-charge and Construction Coordinator
