The selected candidates will go through a thorough and rigorous training program for one year once hired. At the end of the training program the candidates will be designated as Store Manager after evaluation and will be given full responsibility of managing store.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Bachelor passed only
  • Experience: Freshers only
  • Age: Not exceeding 30 years
  • Must have 2 wheeler valid driving license

Offered Salary: Rs. 20,000 for 1 year


Job Description

  • To assist in establishment and ensure compliance of store’s short-term and long-term goals with overall company’s objectives
  • To follow and enforce store policies and procedures as well as company policies. Be proactive to any other duties assigned by management
  • To deliver and excel the benchmark customer service standards
  • To handle customer complaints and feedback at the spot
  • To conduct periodic inventory control and security checks
  • To oversee inventory management, ensuring that outlet is sufficiently equipped with all necessary inventories for daily operational needs
  • To ensure that visual display and merchandising standards are met
  • Responsible for managing all employees, including but not limited to proper roistering, attendance, coaching/counseling, discipline, grievance handling, terminations and evaluations and maintaining positive employee morale
  • Ensure accuracy in all recording & reporting; Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and other periodic reports as assigned
