Job Description

Godawari Business Organization is seeking a mid-level Store Manager/ Depo Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager/ Depo Manager, you will be responsible for overall management of our store and depo operations. This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store and depo, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage and motivate a team of employees.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock for customer demands.
  • Responsible for cash management, including handling deposits, reconciling cash registers, and preparing financial reports.
