• Handle Cash Desk
• Responsible for stock
• Keep accounts of all inward and outward stock and report periodically to management
• Meet sales target by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Maintain outstanding store standards and Visual Merchandising standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Lead the group of sales staff with example and high performance
• Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
