Job Description:
- Responsible for sales in the store.
- Implementing sales strategies to increase volume
- Focus on acquiring new customers, developing close relations, and providing excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and complete documentation at all times
- Must inform and confirm daily walk ins and sales in stores and provide an updated report at the end of each day
- Achieve sales targets as communicated by Management
- Have a strong knowledge of the company’s products and communicate this effectively to customers to win customers and establish trust in the product
- Take responsibility for any customer complaints/issues and resolve them at earliest possible
- Other duties considered reasonable in line with the position and in the normal course of business
- Overall store operations and achieve sales targets
- Work as a team leader with close supervision of team members, also delegating individual responsibilities to the team for making store operations better and smooth
- Keep the shop floor well maintained (Cleanness, Visual merchandising, Hanger gaping, Uniform Stacking, Window display, Mannequins, Cash counter organization)
- Conduct morning meeting every day to brief and guide team members to remain focused on daily targets and discuss previous day achievement / non achievement
- Assign the sales target for the day and motivate them to achieve the same
- Discuss customer related issues if any, upfront with the team and management to attain customer satisfaction and best services always
- Conduct performance evaluation on all aspects of each team member like Customer attendance / Grooming / Body language / Communication skills / Responsibility assigned achievement
- Cooperate with team members in upselling
- Find out Lack areas and work on Opportunities unexplored, out of box ideas to ascertain store growth
- Inventory Evaluation on a Bi-weekly basis
- Proper care of inventory and shrinkage control / internal stock audit and report sending on monthly basis
- Cash deposit on daily basis in the bank and cash audit / expense audit on weekly basis
- Sending required reports to the management on daily basis
- Maintain opening and closing timings of store / staff shift timings
- Make Sales comparisons from last month/ quarter analyze growth and discuss with team / management
- Maintain data of every customer who walks in the store and take their feedback on the visitors’ book and share the same with the management
- Treat customer like God by giving them utmost attention and satisfying their requirement
- Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Discipline employees when necessary
- Recruit and train sales employees for effective delivery
- Participate in skill building activities and programs as per requirement to always maintain high performance level

Offered Gross Salary:
- Rs. 18,000-22,000/- per month including Allowances depending on Competency.
- Sales Incentive – As per Competency against KPI achievement
