We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for K-beauty products, strong marketing skills, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth functioning and excellent customer service.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of K-beauty products, skincare, and makeup trends.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and drive foot traffic.
Handle inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
Ensure the store meets all operational, hygiene, and safety standards.
Engage with customers in-person and online, building long-term relationships.
Prepare reports and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Minimum 2 years of work experience in retail, preferably in K-beauty or cosmetics.
Sound knowledge of makeup, skincare, and K-beauty products.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; camera-friendly for marketing purposes.
Proficiency in marketing strategies and social media promotion.
Good computer skills, including basic MS Office and point-of-sale systems.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
Creative mindset with a passion for beauty and cosmetics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
