Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated store manager to manage our retail store. In this role, your duties will include overseeing employees and the quality of services. You may also be required to evaluate the job performance of sales staff. To ensure success as a store manager, you should exhibit demonstrable managerial competency, and excellent communication skills. Store managers are natural leaders with excellent business management skills and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage a sales, marketing, and merchandising strategy to achieve store goals.
  • Communicate with and motivate employees and customers, resolving issues and initiating corrective action
  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment
  • Ensure the merchandise are upto the standards.
  • Know how of the brand and its products.
  • Keep open lines of communication with upper management

Location: Lalitpur (Labim Mall),Kathmandu(Civil Mall, Darbar marg- Flagship Store)

Working hours: (10 am to 8pm for male, 10am to 7:30pm for female)-including breaks

Days off: Monthly four days off/plus others upon negotiation

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role
  • Strong decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Great customer service skills
  • Understanding of visual merchandising management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and go- through communication will be an added advantage.
