Job Description

Sales Management:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed store sales targets.

Customer Service:

  • Foster a customer-centric culture by ensuring exceptional service standards.

Staff Management:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise a high-performing sales team.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Inventory and Merchandising:

  • Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability and prevent stockouts.
  • Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and drive sales.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to minimize discrepancies and losses.

Store Operations:

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Implement security measures to prevent theft and maintain a safe shopping environment.

Budgeting and Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage the store budget, tracking expenses and revenue.
  • Analyze financial reports and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability.

Marketing and Promotions:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
  • Drive local marketing initiatives to increase store visibility and attract new customers.

Communication:

  • Maintain effective communication channels with the regional or corporate office.
  • Provide regular updates on store performance, challenges, and opportunities.
