Job Description

Responsible for Managing inventory and stock
Meet sales target by training,motivating,mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Ensure high level of customers’ satisfaction
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Report on buying trends, customers’ demand etc
Deal with all the issues of customers as well as staffs
Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements
Ensures availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories

Note:

Must have two wheeler and the valid driving licence
