Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Keeper to join our team at Boudha Stupa Thanka Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the inventory of our exquisite thagnka paintings, maintaining detailed records, and providing accurate information about the paintings to customers and team members. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about art and culture to contribute to preserving and promoting Tibetan and Nepali art.

Key Responsibilities:

Stock Management:

Maintain an accurate inventory of thangka paintings and other products.
Ensure proper storage to prevent damage or deterioration of items.
Regularly update stock levels and report discrepancies to management.

Record Keeping:

Maintain detailed records of incoming and outgoing stock.
Use inventory software or spreadsheets to track stock movements.

Customer Interaction:

Provide detailed and accurate information about thangka paintings to customers.
Assist team members with product-related inquiries.

Coordination:

Work closely with sales staff and management to align inventory levels with demand.
Coordinate with artisans and suppliers for replenishing stock.

Reports: Generate periodic stock reports and share insights on inventory trends.
