Job Description

Maintain accurate records of all inventory, ensuring proper documentation and regular updates to stock levels.
Receive and inspect incoming shipments of goods, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
Issue stock as per requisitions, ensuring proper documentation and maintaining control over inventory flow.
Organize and store goods in an orderly manner to optimize space and ensure easy retrieval, following FIFO (First In, First Out) principles where applicable.
Conduct regular physical counts of inventory and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and inventory records.
Assist in preparing and processing orders for supplies, ensuring timely replenishment of stock.
Accurately enter data related to inventory transactions into the inventory management system.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the storage area, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and any issues or discrepancies.
Assist internal departments or customers with inquiries related to inventory, ensuring timely and courteous responses.
