Purpose of the role

The key objective of Store Associate is to engage with the customers and maintain a well-organized retail store, their duties include providing the recommendations on a particular product, unpacking product orders while maintaining accurate inventory records.

Principle Accountabilities:

Ensure products are properly displayed before the store opens.
Advise customers concerning particular products or services.
Perform routine inventory counts and submit reports to the reporting Manager.
Carry out other store administrative tasks as directed by the reporting Manager.
Provide demo sessions to Doctors and customer as and when required.
Understand the product features and its benefits.
Monitor store displays and keep all areas well-stocked.
Provides outstanding customer service.
Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
Manages financial transactions.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.
