Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Incharge to lead daily operations, manage seasonal production timelines, ensure on-time order fulfillment, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance

Welcome and assist clients, ensuring a seamless shopping experience
Handle client visits, inquiries, and product presentations

Fashion Display & Maintenance

Set up daily store displays & maintain product presentation standards
Ensure garments are well-maintained and safely stored

Sales & Support

Assist with retrieving products for clients
Manage billing and payment processes

Store Ambience & Maintenance

Maintain cleanliness, lighting, scent, and music for the desired brand feel
Ensure smooth functioning of store equipment (CCTV, Wi-Fi, POS)

Stock & Inventory Management

Update stock records and product images in the digital catalog
Conduct regular stock tallies for accurate inventory

Client & Data Management

Maintain visitor logs and share leads with the sales team
Track appointments and follow-ups

Order & Deadline Management

Coordinate order processing and delivery schedules
Ensure on-time client deliveries and meet all commitment deadlines
Liaise with tailors, suppliers, and logistics partners to avoid delays

Seasonal Sample Production

Plan and execute timely seasonal sample production in line with launch calendars
Work with the design team to ensure samples meet brand quality standards
Manage trial fittings and feedback loops efficiently

Sales Target Monitoring

Assist in achieving monthly sales targets
Track daily sales progress and identify improvement areas

Marketing & Campaign Planning

Create an annual social media & marketing calendar
Monitor trends to keep content relevant and engaging
Manage product promotions and online engagement to boost sales

Reporting & Communication

Provide regular updates to the Owner on sales, client feedback, and operations
Report any grievances or maintenance needs promptly
