  • Must have their own transport +driving license
  • Proven experience as inventory manager or similar position will be bonus
  • Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. ERP) will be bonus
  • Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
  • An analytical mind with strong math skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills

Duty hours: 8 hrs.

Job Description

  • Document daily deliveries to update/reconcile inventory.
  • Set ordering levels to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus.
  • Analyze different suppliers to obtain the best cost-effective deals.
  • Manages schedules of deliveries to optimize restaurant operations, demands
  • Communicates with inventory employees to create awareness of standard procedure of ordering, receiving and stocking goods to maintain regular stock levels.
  • Proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain logistics.
  • Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency and personnel issues to upper management.
  • Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments, procedural efficiency and personnel issues to upper management.

  • Update prices of all goods in the software.
  • Other administrative task such as banking, documentation.etc.
