We are looking for a Stock Keeper to manage the inventory and stock levels at our hotel.  As a Stock Keeper, you will ensure that all materials, supplies, and products are properly stored, accounted for, and available for use by hotel departments when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect deliveries of goods to ensure they are accurate and meet quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all items in stock, including linens, cleaning supplies, guest amenities, and other hotel products.
• Conduct regular stock checks and update the inventory system to track stock levels.
• Organize and store products in the proper areas, ensuring efficient storage and easy access.
• Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking, and notify the Purchasing Manager when supplies need to be reordered.
• Manage the issuing of stock to different departments (housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, etc.) and ensure accurate record-keeping of issued items.
• Maintain detailed records of inventory usage, stock levels, and stock movements.
• Assist with inventory audits and reconciliation to ensure accuracy of stock data.
• Communicate with various hotel departments to understand their inventory needs and ensure that the necessary items are available when required.
• Assist the housekeeping and maintenance teams with any additional supplies or materials needed for daily operations.
