Job Overview:

We are looking for passionate and dynamic individuals to join our team as STEM & Robotics Trainers. The ideal candidates should have a strong background in engineering and an enthusiasm for teaching students about STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) concepts through hands-on robotics training. Both freshers and experienced professionals are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and interactive STEM & robotics training sessions for students (K-12).
• Develop and deliver lesson plans, workshops, and projects related to robotics, coding, and emerging technologies.
• Guide students in designing, building, and programming robots using various robotics kits and platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in STEM and robotics education.
• Assist in curriculum development and improvement of training materials.
• Encourage creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking among students.
• Collaborate with the team to organize STEM competitions and events.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to students.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or related field)/ B.Sc. (Physical-Completed or pursuing).
• Passion for STEM education and working with students.
• Strong technical knowledge of robotics, programming (Python, C++, Scratch, etc.), and electronics.
• Familiarity with robotics kits such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, LEGO Mindstorms, VEX Robotics, etc., is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for young learners.
• Freshers with a strong interest in STEM education are encouraged to apply.
• Prior teaching or training experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
