Action for Nepal (AF Nepal) is working to support the development of remote communities through the improvement of health, education and empowering locals to sustain themselves. We are currently working in three remote districts of Nepal in partnership with communities who are willing to help themselves and are committed to change. Action for Nepal supports these communities with safe infrastructure for schools and health posts, health literacy, quality education, scholarships, teacher training, capacity building, access to clean drinking water and the provision of sanitary toilets.

Job Description

We want to hire nurses for our Project " Nurses For Nepal" in Waku ward of Dudhkoshi Village Council, Solukhumbu and Chheskam ward of Mahakulung Village Council of Solukhumbu district:

The main goal of the program is to improve the health of the people living in the region
The nurses will be based in Waku and Chheskam of Solukhumbu district
The nurses will have to work closely with the local community and school children of the region and support the local health post with their nursing skills

Job Specification:

Should have good communication skill
Should have good nursing skill
Should be able to work individually or in a team or even lead a team
Should be able to adopt to changes and to new situations

Qualification & Experience:

Should have completed PCL Nursing
Previous experience in maternal and child health will be appreciated
