Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Assist doctors during fertility consultations and procedures (including IUI, oocyte pick-up support, IVF treatment coordination, and injections).
Provide patient education and counselling regarding treatment preparation, medication use, and follow-ups.
Administer medications and hormone injections as prescribed.
Maintain accurate patient charts, medical records, and treatment logs.
Support the IVF team in sample handling coordination and treatment workflow management.
Ensure strict infection-control compliance, safety protocols, and compassionate patient-centered care.

Qualifications & Experience

PCL Nursing / BN / BSc Nursing, registered with the Nepal Nursing Council (NNC).
Minimum 6 months’ experience in an IVF center is preferred.
Strong communication skills and an empathetic, caring attitude.
Willingness to learn and grow in a specialized fertility care environment.
