Staff Nurse

FoD/HRDC  is a non-profit organization working in pediatric physical disability management in Nepal through the  Hospital & Rehabilitation Centre for Disabled Children (HRDC) since 1985. HRDC operates as a hospital-based service provider with a robust Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) service program.

FoD/HRDC is currently inviting applications from qualified candidates for the following position.

Position: Staff Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescribed medications accurately to patients
• Manage and maintain drug inventory and stock levels
• Monitor proper storage conditions and ensure timely disposal of expired medicines
• Provide clear counseling to patients on safe and correct medicine usage
• Maintain proper documentation of pharmacy and patient records
• Support doctors and other healthcare professionals in patient care as needed
•   Ensure compliance with hospital policies and medical standards
•   Participate in periodic training and professional development activities

Minimum Qualification & Experience:

• PCL Nursing with at least 2 years of relevant experience or Freshers can apply
• Must be registered with the Nepal Nursing Council

Requirements:

• Valid registration certificate from Nepal Nursing Council
• Strong communication skills and a professional, ethical attitude
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, excel
