Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to provide patient care, assist in medical procedures, and ensure the smooth functioning of clinical operations. The role is ideal for candidates with PCL or BSc Nursing qualifications who are eager to grow professionally in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to patients according to hospital protocols.
Monitor patient condition and record vital signs.
Assist doctors in medical procedures and patient examinations.
Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
Maintain accurate patient records and reports.
Ensure hygiene, safety, and comfort of patients.
Support health awareness and patient education initiatives.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Professional Certification

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

PCL Nursing or BSc Nursing completed.
Registered with Nepal Nursing Council.
Prior experience in hospitals, clinics, or community healthcare is preferred but not mandatory.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, responsible, and attentive to detail.
HA (Health Assistant) candidates may also apply.

Note: Staff Nurse candidates will be given preference.
