Staff Nurse

Machhapuchchhre IB World School is seeking a caring, responsible, and qualified Staff Nurse to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of our students and staff. The Staff Nurse will provide primary healthcare services, first aid, and health education, contributing to a safe and healthy learning environment.

This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about child health, school wellness, and preventive care.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Health Care:

• Provide first aid and immediate medical assistance to students and staff.
• Assess, monitor, and manage minor illnesses and injuries in the school infirmary.
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records, including immunizations, allergies, and medical histories.
• Identify serious health concerns and coordinate timely referrals to hospitals or medical professionals.
• Conduct routine health check-ups and screenings (vision, hearing, growth monitoring, etc.).

2. Health Promotion & Education:

• Educate students on personal hygiene, nutrition, mental well-being, and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Organize health awareness sessions, workshops, and campaigns for students and staff.
• Support the school in implementing preventive health and safety policies.

3. Reporting & Documentation:
