Key Responsibilities

Provide safe, ethical, and patient-centered nursing care in accordance with hospital policies and nursing standards
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care effectively
Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist in medical procedures as prescribed by physicians
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and patient records
Ensure infection prevention and control measures are strictly followed
Assist in emergency situations and provide basic life support when required
Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, and post-care instructions
Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of medical equipment
Uphold patient confidentiality, dignity, and professional ethics at all times

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Department : ICU / Ward / Dialysis Unit / Emergency Department (as per requirement)

Qualification

PCL Nursing or B.Sc. Nursing
Valid Nursing Council registration (mandatory)

Experience

Relevant experience preferred
Freshers may apply (for Ward)
ICU / ER / Dialysis experience or training will be an added advantage
