|The Senior Social Behavior Change Communication (Sr. SBCC) Officer is a key position in the Marketing and Communication Department (MCD) with the responsibility for the development, management and implementation of an integrated behavior change communication program to support the scaling up of the demand and supply of MNH services in program districts. Key activities of this position include designing and implementation of SBCC activities, capacity building of Local Implementing Partners (LIPs) staff, regular field monitoring and supervision of demand generation activities implementation planned under LIPs as well as support in strengthening capacity of health facilities and providers to deliver quality health services through Provider Behavior Change Communication (PBCC) activities. This includes crucial roles such as planning, designing, providing technical support, evaluation, and documentation of SBCC & PBCC activities. He/she works closely with various department of PSI/Nepal and LIP staff at municipality level for timely implementation of program SBCC & PBCC activities.
