  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power-Point
  • Able to handle pressure with limited supervision

Job Description

  • Responsible for day to day operation and personal management, communication and administration
  • Overseeing the full recruitment cycle, in particular employment contract preparations
  • Preparation of contracts and agreements for employees, vendors/administrators
  • Liaison with account section to prepare payroll processing, PIT and TDS filings 
  • Reporting to HR Manager/HR Director
  • Event Management, participating and conducting various meetings, trainings and workshops
  • Management of annual salary review, compliance training, claim resolutions
  • Maintaining attendance and leave records
  • Liaison with University and Colleges, for background check 
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required in coordination with HR Manager
