Job Description

Brief

  • Prepare a quotation to our customer based on their inquiries.
  • Prepare letters for the bid submission / proposal as per requirement /tender document of customer.
  • Prepare Purchase order to our principal company as per the requisite of our customer and place the order.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with the principal (international) companies for the pricing and shipment of consignments. Order placing and creating Purchase Order and logistics support.
  • Prepare Quotation based on their inquiries and prepare letters for the bid submission/proposal as per requirement/tender document of customer.
  • Coordinate with the C.E.O and colleague for the operational activities of operational issues along with update and report order status.
  • Maintain filing system of all correspondence and documents (including purchase and Sales entry).
  • Overall Logistics support to the organization (Emphasize on orders and transfer documentation to finance department to proceed with payment on time, email communication with principal company for early dispatch of goods and resolving any issues until shipment arrival, completing relevant documents for bank endorsement and custom clearance process).
