  • Component level repair experience, preferably with all IT product
  • Diagnosis and soldering experience strongly preferred

  • Ability to use a volt meter and other diagnostic tools
  • Ability to work independently and within customer service teams

Job Description

  • Configures, troubleshoots, repairs and perform preventive maintenance, hardware, server and software systems
  • Repair laptop/desktop/printers to the component level
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Install server, hardware and software at customer location
  • Maintain tools, supplies and parts inventory and service support track report
