Job Description

CrossOver Nepal is seeking a motivated Sales Executive - Software to join our team. As a mid-level member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth. This position requires a high level of professionalism and a strong sales background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and social media platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and preferences.
  • Create and deliver presentations to showcase our products and services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to the management team.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
