- Work on key projects and initiatives to improve overall customer and seller experience related to return domain.
- Own and drive end to end return process within Operations and work on improvement projects with managers of other functions like First Mile, Last Mile, Third Party Logistics, and Quality Control Center.
- Maintaining & improving main returns KPIs such as Lead Time, Productivity, Compliance and work on reducing the Losses and Damages.
- Coordinate and work closely with commercial teams, customer/seller support teams to streamline the processes and understand pain points in the entire return journey and develop most feasible solutions to improve customer/seller experience.
- Conduct and lead productive discussions with all cross functional teams to understand problem and provide solutions.
- Work on developing guidelines, SOPs and develop mechanism to ensure such guidelines are followed by the relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate and work closely with the regional team on all the process improvement initiatives and productivity improvement projects along with new product requests.
- Assess training needs of staff members and gap analysis of existing process. Develop training plans for skill enhancement.
- Measure performance, provide feedback, and hold Team Leads/Managers accountable for their performance and the performance of their department.
Requirements
- Education: Top tier Engineering and Business Schools
- Good knowledge in Excel is a must
- Experience: 3+ years in logistics/supply chain or e-commerce is a plus
- Ambitious and always strives to provide best experience

- Know how to manage priorities and work with short times
