Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field

Job Description

Scope of Role: Fulfillment of delivery riders as per company requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Design and implement recruiting strategy for delivery riders
Represent Foodmandu in the job market and attract and retain a strong rider pool
Anticipate hiring needs, set goals for hiring process and track the progress
Involve in vacancy announcements, screening, interview and overall selection and on-boarding process
Manage agency relationship and develop strong pool of candidates and on-call riders
Develop training programs for the riders
Coordinate with HR department for administrative and documentation needs of the riders
Support and counsel on riders on HR policies and procedures of the company
