Job Description

  • Manage the organization’s payroll, ensuring payroll, and personal income tax are processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations
  • Resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions
  • Monitor the company’s HR systems to ensure the master data, and payroll data are updated accurately and on time
  • Work with outsourcing partners to ensure accurate and timely execution of regular outsourced payroll processing, accordingly to company policies & statutory regulations
  • Work and manage internal/ external auditors for payroll audit and ensure payroll processing with full supporting documents are filled as relevant law requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on HR operations for senior management
  • Responsible for accurate & timely submissions of employees’ statutory contributions and / or tax filing to relevant authorities, accordingly to statutory & prevailing regulations
  • Other tasks as assigned by line manager from time to time

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree / Masters Degree preferably from any reputed institution
  • 2-3 years or experience in related field
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal / Written)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel tools
  • Needs to be highly detail oriented and able to work with large sets of data
  • Needs to have excellent logical and problem solving skills
