  • Conduct all tasks for Talent acquisition and management
  • Process and Document all Management Information
  • Conduct Performance management (Routine, Terminal & Annual) and Perform corrective and curative Actions
  • Perform Reviews of attendance, Leave and absenteeism
  • Process Salary benefits, Expenses rewards, Salary allowance
  • Work on Organization development And get enrolled in Corporate affairs
  • Prepare and implement SOPs in line to company’s Values, Policy, process & systems
  • Conduct routine & required analysis of  Data, Figures
  • Manage/ Purchase, Administer, Pay & regularize Office resources, utilities, Supplies/ Assets & Support system
  • Manage Events, Arrange tools and etiquettes Related to office programs
  • Manage local Expenses and small purchases through petty cash
  • Supervise the admin team below the line
  • Maintain structured, statutory & documented information in system, Control access, credential & login
  • Conduct training and development activities
