  • Minimum Bachelors's Degree in Management but Masters Degree is preferred 
  • Experience in accounting, handling and admin is must 
  • Uses of software like Tally/ERP or accounting software is must 
  • Knowledge of finance and administration department and its functions 
  • Relative sector experience will be an added advantage 
  • Effective communication skills in English 
  • Two or Four Wheeler bike license 
  • Chinese Language is highly preferable 
  • Knowledge of International Trade/remittance/foreign currency management is preferrable
  •  Supply Chain and logistics management experience is countable

  • MIS report to be prepared periodically
  • Customer/Vendor/Bank reconciliations

  • Create and update spreadsheets of daily transactions
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable
  • Review and process reimbursements
  • Prepare budgets
  • Keep records of invoices and tax payments
  • Identify and address account discrepancies
  • Participate in payroll processes
