Job Specification

Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 3 years
Age : More than 30 years
Other Specification

    Experience: 3-5 years and above of experience as a secretary of a CEO/MD or as a Office Coordinator

    Age : 30yrs above

    • Bachelors degree in business or relevant fields. Masters Preferred
    • Excellent communication in English and Nepali Bachelors in any business studies or related field
    • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
    • Knowledge of Nepali typing skill

    Job Description

    • Acting as a liason between All department team members,MD and stakeholders.
    • Coordinate and follow up for project activities, assignement, work done progress and information
    • Delegating operational tasks to appropriate team members and follow up
    • Monitoring timesheets and work schedules to ensure that tasks are completed on time
    • Handling all the processes of organization with accuracy and timelineness
    • Manage the Managing Director and do 80% of MD's job
    • Manage, coordinate, and arrange travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination for MD
    • Task Management, follow up, coordination and documentation
    • Handling after purchase to construction process of projects with accuracy and timelineness
    • Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management for MD, and follow up
    • Perform administrative and office support, such as contract drafting,typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, printing, and maintenance of filing system and contact database as needed by MD
