Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 3 years
Professional Skill Required : Management Information System (MIS) Communication Data Reporting Data Analysis MS Excel
Other Specification
  • At least 3 year of experience in related field
  • Must have excellent supervisory skills
  • Must be able to communicate with management and user about topics relating to the operation of an MIS system
  • Must have knowledge of MS Office Packages (Microsoft excel)
  • Good level of intuition and intelligence
  • Experience at Distillery / Beverage or manufacturing industry is highly encouraged to apply

Job Description

  • Daily Tracking report along of sales along with their attendance and verification
  • Provide the necessary support and reports to the Sales Team and be able to manage sales co-ordination, back office and distribution
  • Staff markets coverage report and their productive calls report
  • Preparing and maintaining daily order market report
  • Preparing weekly and monthly distributor's secondary sales report, Goals Vs. Achievement
  • Work on distributor claims settlement and staff claim settlement on timely basis
  • Make interpretation on data and provide suggestions on various matters related to sales strategy.
  • Report, Manage customer ageing report and other multiple reports as per functional needs
  • Work on data and generate various types of dashboards, reports/ad-hoc reports
  • Generating reports from single or multiple data sources as required
  • Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion
  • Time bound analysis of prepared reports & highlight critical concerns to team lead
  • Develop and implement MIS policies to ensure data accuracy and security
  • Other as on required basis.
