Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Daily Tracking report along of sales along with their attendance and verification
Provide the necessary support and reports to the Sales Team and be able to manage sales co-ordination, back office and distribution
Staff markets coverage report and their productive calls report
Preparing and maintaining daily order market report
Preparing weekly and monthly distributor's secondary sales report, Goals Vs. Achievement
Work on distributor claims settlement and staff claim settlement on timely basis
Make interpretation on data and provide suggestions on various matters related to sales strategy.
Report, Manage customer ageing report and other multiple reports as per functional needs
Work on data and generate various types of dashboards, reports/ad-hoc reports
Generating reports from single or multiple data sources as required
Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion
Time bound analysis of prepared reports & highlight critical concerns to team lead
Develop and implement MIS policies to ensure data accuracy and security
Other as on required basis.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

At least 3 year of experience in related field
Must have excellent supervisory skills
Must be able to communicate with management and user about topics relating to the operation of an MIS system
Must have knowledge of MS Office Packages (Microsoft excel)
Good level of intuition and intelligence
Experience at Distillery / Beverage or manufacturing industry is highly encouraged to apply
