About the job

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Senior Digital Marketing Officer to join Mentorlab Nepal's team. In this role, you will spearhead our digital marketing efforts across both the ed-tech and IT verticals. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive user acquisition, and optimize engagement across various digital channels.

Job Descriptions:

Develop and run digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, display ads) to boost traffic, engagement, and conversions for ed-tech and IT.
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing efforts, managing budgets and analyzing performance.
Track and analyze campaign results to offer insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with teams to enhance landing pages, user flows, and customer journeys for better user experience and conversions.
Stay current with digital marketing trends, applying new strategies and technologies to foster growth.
Use analytical skills to evaluate customer experiences across channels.
Partner with content and creative teams to produce engaging content that meets marketing goals.
Report on campaign performance, tracking KPIs and ROI.
Ability to work under tight deadlines
