• Plan and execute marketing designs and activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market 
• Attend meetings appointed
• Define product strategies and road maps 
• Research and determine product weaknesses and areas to be modified
• Develop sales tools and collateral's 
• Develop effective product positioning in the market
• Conduct competitive strategic analysis, consumer segmentation, and consumer insight development
• Brief and train sales personnel 
• Launch and oversee advertising and media planning. Coordinate activities of specialists involved in the brand positioning of the products

Starting salary is Rs. 40,000/= (Basic Rs.30,000 + Transportation Rs.5,000 + Refreshment Rs. 5,000/=) per month and is paid on a monthly basis for probation of 3 months. During the probation period candidate performance should meet as explained under roles and responsibilities. After successfully completion of probation period total reimbursement will be as follows: 

• Salary : Rs. 35,000/= 
• Transportation Rs. 5,000/= ( Or Fuel card) 
• Refreshment: Rs. 5,000/= 
• Communication: Rs. 2,000/= Total Payable: Rs. Rs. 47,000/= Per month 
• Marketing commission: Negotiable During probation period candidate will be assisted by company personnel to understand business to know customers and during meetings. 

Note: Completion of Probation: When the candidate handles the roles and responsibilities stated above independently in the time of maximum 3 months from the date of joining. Candidate is bound under non-disclosure agreement effective from the joining date. The business secret can not be disclosed at any condition even after termination of the candidate for whatever reason.
