Job Description

  • To  administers, directs and monitors all hospital daily operational activities related to patients and client care and manages the total patient flow in the hospital
  • To manage patient's grievances by analysing the need of patient by regular monitoring of patient's feedback and satisfaction
  • To  make sure the transportation systems for the hospital for carrying its staff and patients and death body are up-to-date  
  • To make sure all the equipment, furniture, surroundings, sanitary, electric etc. is well functioning and need to coordinate for its timely maintenance  
  • To  closely monitor Hospital support services departments as Maintenance, Housekeeping, security, CSSD, Linen/Laundry and Canteen / food supply and IT, and make report of its Problems and Progress
