Job Description

Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (invoicing, payments and other transactions)
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting
Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests
Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
Monitoring of Receivables and Necessary follow up
Reconciliation and settlement of accounts
Ensuring correctness of Vouchers entered in accounting System
Managing and monitoring the business transactions
Internal payments of employees
Assisting in Audit Activities (Internal External & Tax)
Monthly reconciliation of bank and reporting on any variance found on reconciliation to the supervisor
Participation and Co- ordination with ERP designers regarding the requirements of ERP, Reporting to GCFO regarding the progress of ERP and issues if any found.
