J.K. Company is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Finance Officer to join its Trading - Export/Import/Merchandising team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization. 

• Manage financial operations and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. 
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements and other reports. 
• Analyze financial data and provide financial analysis to support decision making. 
• Monitor and analyze financial performance and identify areas of improvement. 
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. 
• Manage the preparation of budgets and forecasts. 
• Monitor and manage financial risks. 
• Manage and review Letters of Credit (LCs) and other related documents. 
• Manage and review Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns and other related documents. 
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures. 
• Liaise with external auditors and other stakeholders.
