Job Description

Reports To: Finance Manager

Purpose of the Role

  • To ensure a smooth running of Finance department 

Functions of the Post 

  • To act as Sr Finance Executive for the TBC, BMC, BPC & Nepali Patra 
  • To ensure that the accounts/finance department is effectively and efficiently operating. 

Key Duties:

The role of Sr Finance Executive comprises following duty and responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for verification and preparation of the Payroll system of BMC/TBC/Nepali Patra/BPC. 
  • Supervise Vendor Payment 
  • Make sure that invoice is generated in a timely manner. 
  • Make sure the collection is done in an accurate and timely manner . 
  • Supervise Faculty Payment. 
  • Make sure all the entries are entered in the system in a timely manner. 
  • Make sure all the processes and procedures are running smoothly in the department
  • Check every journal voucher and payment voucher. 
  • Verify all the BRS prepared by the Account Officer. 
  • Verify all the debtors/creditors and finalize Trial Balance. 
  • Responsible for timely payment ofVAT/ TDS/ Education tax. 
  • Liaison with external parties. 
  • Assist Subordinate asper the requirement. 
  • Daily review of entries made by subordinates. 
  • Assist Finance Manager as and when required. 
  • Assist in audit related work.
